Please carefully review our Shipping & Restrictions Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Sunday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. When placing an order for pick up you MUST bring a government issued ID which is required when picking up your order. We will not release any order without a government issued ID present. The name on the order MUST match the name on your ID.

How long will it take to ship out my order I placed online?

We will process your order after the item has been verified by our in house verification team and processed the next business day. Orders after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. 

Do we offer Free Shipping?

We will offer free UPS Ground one to five business days shipping on all orders.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

No, we do NOT offer delivery for International shipping.

Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?

Shipping address MUST match billing address when placing your order. All orders will be shipped with Signature Required ONLY.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
